Position: Director

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The requirements, duties, and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Computer and software application skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Director is required to be available 24/7
Oversee daily operations
Keep facility clean indoors and out
Keep arena floor dirt clean
Book events and recruit new events
Must be able to promote and market facility
Maintain equipment and staff as needed

EMPLOYER:

Person answers to the Public Building Authority Board. According to State guidelines, benefits are not provided.
